Refund and Returns Policy

At Concededly.com, we are committed to providing high-quality content, tools, and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible items and services. After 30 days from the purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Because many of our offerings are digital in nature, certain purchases are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, articles, templates, or resources)
  • Online courses or subscriptions after significant content has been accessed
  • Gift cards or promotional codes
  • Services or consultations already rendered
  • Memberships after 30 days of access

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any refund request.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following scenarios:

  • If significant technical issues prevent access to a purchased item and cannot be resolved
  • If a digital product has been only partially accessed or downloaded
  • If an incorrect or duplicate order was placed

Refund Process

After you submit a refund request, we will review your case. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. We will notify you by email regarding the outcome.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  1. Check your payment account again
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
  3. Reach out to your bank to confirm no delays

If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

For subscription services (e.g., premium content or member access), you may cancel at any time. If canceled within the first 30 days, a refund may be granted. After 30 days, cancellations will prevent future charges but will not qualify for refunds on past payments.

Gifted Items

If the item or membership was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, you may receive a gift credit upon return or cancellation. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
